01.    All particulars in the application form must be written

       legibly in CAPITAL LETTERS.All Claims made in the 

       application should be supported with documents.

02.    No relaxation in last date of receipt of application.

       No liability of the institution in receipt /loss of 

       application/intimation letter in transit.

03.    Attach two self addressed envelops of 10*30 cm and 

       a post card affixed with Rs.6/-postage stamp on it with your 

       application form.Please ensure that the addresses on the 

       envelops/post card is complete with Pin Code as they wil be

       used for with the communicationwith the candidates.

04.    All admissions will be provisional till the verification/equivalency        

       of certificates etc.received from concerned board/university.

05.    No individual intimation will be sent to unselected candidates.

06.    Students failing to join the course in time are liable for refusal        

       of admission.In case of delay in joining due to any reason,

       a communication must be sent to the Principal,CIRS.

07.    A candidate may write his/her choice in order of preference

       if he/she wants to apply more than one courses.
