HOME INTRODUCTION

           CHAKRADHAR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST(CCET)is 
       a trust with a vision.CHAKRADHAR INSTITUTE OF REHBILITATION 
       SCIENCES(CIRS),situated at F-10,BJB NAGAR,Bhubaneswar,Orissa 
       is the first brain child of CCET,which aims at alleviating pain and 
       disability of patients on one hand and providing value based technical 
       education in PHYSIOTHERAPY,OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AND 
       ORTHOTICS & PROSTHETICS on the other through  a synthesis of 
       science,technology and human values that will provide them a 
       scope of employment.

               It is unique of its kind in the state of Orissa in the sense 
       that it is the only private institution of the state envisaging 
       a composite approach for TOTAL REHABILITATION on Scientific 
       lines to ensure WHOLE LIFE perspective by enhancing the quality 
       of life of the person with disabilities(PWD).

               The need of Physiotherapy,Occupational therapy and Orthotics & 
      prosthetics has increased recently and it is on the rise due to 
      advances in these fields.

             In the modern age with better health care delivery and 
      supportive system,mortality rate has been controlled remarkably 
      at the cost of morbidity and disability which again points towards 
      urgent necessity of good physiotherapy,ocupational therapy,
      orthotics & prosthetics services to provide rehabilitation 
     measures on scientific lines to replace frustation of the 
      person with disabilities with the joy of life.
